Draft — needs a Data Privacy Act review

The Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173) applies to this business. Have this reviewed, appoint a Data Protection Officer, and check whether registration with the National Privacy Commission is required before publishing.

Who we are

SiteMura.ph, a web design business based in Davao City, Philippines. Registration details are published on our About page. For any privacy question, write to hello@sitemuraph.com.

What we collect

  • When you enquire: your name, business name, email, mobile number, city, industry, and whatever you write in the message.
  • When you become a client: the contents of your brief, your logo and photos, your business details, and records of payments received.
  • When you visit this site: standard analytics — pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, and how you arrived. This is aggregated and does not identify you personally.

Why we collect it

To answer your enquiry, quote your project, build and host your website, invoice you, provide support, and meet BIR record-keeping obligations. We do not sell your data, and we do not send marketing to people who only enquired and never became clients.

Who we share it with

Only service providers we need to do the work: our hosting provider, domain registrar, email provider, payment processors (GCash, Maya, Stripe, Wise), analytics, and Supabase, which stores the enquiries submitted through this website. Each receives the minimum needed. We do not share your data with anyone else unless the law requires it.

Where enquiries are stored

When you send the form on this site, what you type is stored in a database hosted by Supabase. Only we can read it — the database is configured so that the public website can add an enquiry but can never read one back, and viewing enquiries requires a password-protected login. If you would like your enquiry deleted, write to hello@sitemuraph.com.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become projects: 12 months. Client records: for the life of the working relationship plus the period BIR requires us to retain financial records. You can ask us to delete anything we are not legally required to keep.

Your rights

Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 you may ask to see the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, object to how we use it, or receive a copy of it. Write to hello@sitemuraph.com and we will respond within 30 days. You may also complain to the National Privacy Commission.

Cookies

This site stores two small preferences in your browser — your light or dark theme choice, and whether you are viewing prices in pesos or dollars. Neither identifies you and neither is sent anywhere. Analytics may set its own cookies; a cookie banner will be added if required once analytics is configured.

Security

Client credentials are stored in a password manager, not in chat threads. Sites are served over HTTPS. We will tell you promptly if we ever become aware of a breach affecting your data.
