A real app in the App Store and Google Play, not a website in a wrapper. It sits outside the table above because an app has no page count and no domain — the things being compared do not apply. Quoted per project after a discovery call, billed 40% / 30% / 30%, delivered in 6–10 weeks with 90 days of support.
Two costs are yours, paid direct: Apple charges ₱6,000 a year for a developer account and Google a one-off ₱1,500. A maintenance plan is required and quoted with the project — the stores change their rules yearly and an unmaintained app eventually stops working.

Pay for 10 months upfront and get 12. Growth works out at ₱17,490 for the year instead of ₱20,988. Overseas clients on Wise should take this option — one transfer a year instead of twelve.
If you skip the care plan
Completely fine — the site is yours either way. Hosting then renews at ₱2,400 per year, and any edits you ask for are billed at ₱1,500 per hour.

Rush delivery: +40% of the package price
Cuts the delivery window roughly in half. Subject to us having the capacity that week — we will tell you honestly if we don't, rather than take the money and miss the date.
Payment & terms
How you pay us.
One payment at the published price, and the project starts. Card clears instantly; everything else takes a short form to confirm. Both are on the payment page.

Terms
- Simula, Negosyo, Propesyonal, Tindahan: paid in full when you order
- Custom and Aplikasyon: 40% / 30% / 30% against milestones, quoted after a call
- Peso prices are held for 30 days from the date of your quote
- You own all content and the finished site outright once fully paid
- Revision rounds are defined per package; beyond that, ₱1,500 per hour
Fixed scope, in writing
Your quote lists exactly what you get, how many pages, how many revision rounds and the final price. Nothing is added to the invoice later without you approving it first.
If a project goes quiet
Projects with no client response for 30 days are archived, and restarting later costs ₱1,500. Your money is not forfeit: if you cancel, we bill only the work already done and refund the rest. We will chase you several times before any of this happens.
